New low carb diet
I plan to do this low carb diet 4 days out of the week and add more carbs to it on the other three days.
breakfast– 4 whole eggs 4 egg whites, 1 tbsp peanut butter
snack– protein shake
lunch– grilled chicken breast, steamed veggies
snack– tuna mixed with cottage cheese
preworkout snack– protein shake
post workout snack– protein shake, 1 bagel
dinner– 9 oz. of lean meat of choice, 1/2 cup veggies
night snack– protein shake
~~ 331g protein 97g carbs 75g fat
I plan to to just add more carbs like oatmeal and more fruit on my higher carb days.
any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated… I have been out of the game for a long while, so I am rusty.

hey there… you should add more carbs for your breakfast and eat the cottage cheese before you go to bed.

ditto on the cottage cheese, I started that and my morning lifts (5am) immediately got better.

I mix yogurt with my oatmeal in the morning along with some essential oils and find that it gives me good energy for my AM workout. Also I do the cottage cheese thing as my late PM snack and find that my stomach doesn’t growl so much first thing.
Also try and get 5 to 6 meals in during the day to keep your furnace firing so you can burn down the fat supply.
Take care and good luck.
