Finally back into the swing of cardio at 5am and weights in the afternoon! 6 day a week schedule for this, results are bound to come….

I had a physical about a week ago to get some blood work done since I haven’t had any in about 15 years….haha everything seemed ok until I got a call form the Dr.’s office concerning my cholesterol. The nurse left me a message since we had been playing phone tag and said my cholestrol was really high and they were mailing me my blood work along with a prescription….. prescription?!!?? what about starting with a diet suggestion? She did not tell me my cholesterol number on the message she left, so I will have to call and check on that…… sheeze!!! Guess I need to alter the diet once more.

Hit the gym for the first time in months today at 5 am.. cardio for 30 hard min. and started my diet. This afternoon after work it will be weights and another round of cardio. wooo hoo!

I plan to do this low carb diet 4 days out of the week and add more carbs to it on the other three days.
breakfast– 4 whole eggs 4 egg whites, 1 tbsp peanut butter
snack– protein shake
lunch– grilled chicken breast, steamed veggies
snack– tuna mixed with cottage cheese
preworkout snack– protein shake
post workout snack– protein shake, 1 bagel
dinner– 9 oz. of lean meat of choice, 1/2 cup veggies
night snack– protein shake
~~ 331g protein 97g carbs 75g fat
I plan to to just add more carbs like oatmeal and more fruit on my higher carb days.
any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated… I have been out of the game for a long while, so I am rusty.
