		<title>Strong&#8230;Fast&#8230;</title>

		<description><![CDATA[So this will be quick but just wanted to post that after taking our first PT test I killed the comp! 129 push-ups in 2 min (record for me is 137), 91 Sit-ups (tied my record) and ran 2 miles in 12:18!!! so i am happy.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So this will be quick but just wanted to post that after taking our first PT test I killed the comp! 129 push-ups in 2 min (record for me is 137), 91 Sit-ups (tied my record) and ran 2 miles in 12:18!!! so i am happy.</p>
<p> even cutting all the weight for the fight that never came (guy got hurt) I am able to lift almost the same, my bench has dropped about 5-10 pounds but given the fact i cut 18 pounds for that fight i think that is good!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[A week and a day ago&#8230;I stepped of an airplane and like many of those that I was with&#8230;got a bit choked up&#8230;we were finally, after 15 long months, home.  Italy never looked so beautiful and right away I could smell it&#8230;LIFE. 
We lost 26 Soldiers in 15 months, three of them my closest friends, another [...]]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A week and a day ago&#8230;I stepped of an airplane and like many of those that I was with&#8230;got a bit choked up&#8230;we were finally, after 15 long months, home.  Italy never looked so beautiful and right away I could smell it&#8230;LIFE. </p>
<p>We lost 26 Soldiers in 15 months, three of them my closest friends, another three were my own medics, my Soldiers&#8230;they all died for something much greater than I could ever know. I know people have their views and I respect that&#8230;I just ask all who read this remember those who fought and fight still this very moment. </p>
<p> I want to say THANK YOU to all that supported me while I was there, the letters, the emails, care packages&#8230;I will forever be in debt to you&#8230;</p>
<p>I am home&#8230;</p>

<p>As for what&#8217;s new&#8230;The race with StressMonkey continues but I think he is smelling defeat!!! LOL, I am bouncing between 168-169 and have to hit 170 (I want to hold it for 3 days before I rub it in his face!!!) It has been fun and I am eating clean and lifting stronger than ever. </p>
<p>I have been bouncing all over Afghanistan and that is the only part that has really killed my training, and the fact when I go out my weight drops!!!</p>
<p>So 4 months to go until I am out of here&#8230;WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO
