so some of you may notice its me with this name and not Michel_O, well someone got on my computer and started changing a lot of stuff around and just not being nice and caused some issues. So i closed that page down and started this one…this time I will lock my computer when I am gone.

Thanks for the comment! I do a lot of the step mill, I usually put it on a fat burner program that automatically changes the speeds, and I do the same on the bike so that the resistance level changes…..I could step those up a little probably. Maybe time is the enemy!
