BSN Stack Program

Was hoping to get some advice on which stack program from BSN to choose.  I have been on a workout program for 7 months.  My weight is 190 and, if i did it correct,  i am at 24 percent body fat.  Any suggestions?

I am looking for some advice on how to get rid of unwanted body fat.  I have a diet plan which includes one cheat meal a week.  Usually it’s breakfast on Sunday.  So far I have lost a total of 8 inches from my waiste, but the last two months I have been stuck with the same measurments.  I do 20 minutes of pre and post cardio on workout days.  I seem to be stuck.  I am deployed in Afghan so I am limited on what I can choose for meals, however, I do stay away from the fat pills (desserts/sodas/fried food).  Any advice would be great.  Thanks
