Week 4
Sunday, July 15th, 2007Tomarrow starts week 4, and I cant wait. I havnt missed a day of training yet and that alone is a huge accomplishment for me. I am going for a new bench 1rm and I am going to try to meet my goal early. I added weight to about 75% of my exercises last week and still felt good. This week will stay the same, and next week I am going to add an additional set to everything. I just hope the weight starts packing on, I think I am loosing what I put on the first week.
