Yepper doodle!
Thursday, February 26th, 2009I was getting disappointed in my body a few days ago. I cut back on my calories so that I am getting around 1500. Cut all carbs out basically after 4pm except for veggies. I am switching my lifting routines often. I even did running intervals at the gym this morning (they were actually fun).
A few days ago I came across oceanblue149’s profile. I saw her progress pic since the beginning of the year. I think she takes progress pics weekly and she has had great progress! It helped me to see how dicking your time away does not get you results. That’s why my new goal is to do as well as she has.
My main focus is my diet and cardio. I have never really had issues with lifting. I know how my cookie binges are setting me up for failure. If I have a treat I need to keep them small or just have an extra clean meal.
I need to take progress pics more often- at least every 2 weeks, if not weekly.
I am going on vacation in two weeks to DIsney World with my family. It will be tough to eat clean but I am going to plan my attack before I get down there. In the past I have not done so well at working out while on vacation. However, we are staying at a place where I will be able to run. I plan on taking some dumbbells with me as well as an exercise band. There are also numerous body weight exercises I can do. I figure I can also do plyos!
