Ok had a friend tell me about MRI Black Powder and he said it was some serious stuff. So went to the BX to pick up some NO Xplode and they had MRI Black Powder. So I decided to try it instead of NO Xplode. Well today was my first day using it and it was awesome. At first I kinda felt full right after I drank it down. But once in the gym I was full of energy and power. I did my complete workout and then even rode the stationary bike for 5 miles. We will see how it goes tomorrow too. But so far so good. If anyone else has used this stuff or using it, give me your comments.

I’M BACK… Wow. I have been out for too long(since April to be more accurate). Moved from the Netherlands to Germany and finally got settled in. Now it’s back to the gym. Starting over again. Now it’s 01 Sep 09 and I have been out of the gym since April. This move took more than I thought. But yesterday was my new beginning. Trying to figure out what supps to take. I was taking BSN (Cellmass, NO, Volumizer) and MuscleMilk protein. But I am out of everything and starting over. So if anyone has any recommendations then please message me and let me know. And wish me luck on rebuilding what I lost in the last 4 months. Feel like someone stuck a pin in me and everything went away.

Ok let me try this again. Still waiting for some responses to help me make my decision. I have been using BSN for a while (NO Xplode, Cell Mass, True Mass and Nitrix) but was looking into Creative Lab products like White Flood, Green Magnatude, Purple Wraath, and White Blood. Has anyone used these products? Does anyone have opinions on which one to use over the other? Maybe someone who has used both and can compare the different ones? The cost is about the same. Thanks.

Ok so I am just getting back to training since Dec of last year. I have set a goal for myself of getting below 10% bodyfat and gaining 15-20 lbs. I am 5?10" and weigh around 150. I want to weight around 170. I am just too skinny right now. But I want to be cut. I want those abs popping out and the bulk and vascularity. So if anyone has any suggestions to help me out on reaching my goal, please let me know. I am trying not to run so much cause I know that will slow my progress of gaining weight. The supplements I am taking are posted on my page so suggestions there are great too. So please help me out. Any and all suggestions are welcome. If there is anyone out there that started out like me and have accomplished what I want and maybe more then let me know. Thanks.

Ok well I got my shipment in today of my Muscle Milk right before going to the gym. So when I got home after the gym I just had to try the Cake Batter. And I have to say it was pretty tasty. I probably should have used the blender. I just used my shaker and shook it around for a few minutes. There were a few clumps. I have the Brownie Batter here with me at work tonight. So I will be trying it in a few hours. Just had my second meal and have to wait a few hours for my next. I will put something here after I try it to let anyone who reads this (which doesn’t seem to be anyone from the responses I have gotten to any of my blogs) know how it is. Until then….

Ok. I am trying to figure out what flavor I want to order in Muscle Milk. I have tried the Mocha Latte. It was pretty good. But I want other opinions on the other flavors. There are too many. So give me your opinion. And I know it is your opinion and mine might be different but I would rather have other insights before deciding myself.

Yeah I decided to take some pics today since I just started back working out. Been back in the gym for about a week and a half. Well true reality just set in. After looking at the pics I want to hit the gym more than ever. I didn’t realize how darn skinny and non muscular I was. even looking back at the pics from when I was working out before, wow. I was making some progress before and now I am at square one again. So if anyone has any pointers or was once the skinny kid like me and has totally transformed their body then let me know what helped you out the most. Take a look at my supplements and give me some pointers there too. This is my second blog. No one responded to my first one so I guess we will see if I get any this time. Thanks in advance.
