Day 1.
Woke up this morning a little after 6 AM. I took 15 or so mins and started stretching for some cardio. Went on a 2 mile run, pretty slow pace around 9 min a mile. Wore a hoodie, with some shorts but still managed to work up a good sweat. As long as I am sweating, I am heading in the right direction. The gym opens up @ 12:00. That’s when I can jump in the pool. Water resistence training, pulling around 283 Lbs through the water will make you sweat. 45 Mins, Sidestroke non stop followed by 25 Meter timed laps for another 30 mins. Slow Steady Progress, and small simple changes. Breakfast was small and simple, First day on my new supplements, Going to have to get used to those. WOW! See you next time.
