Ouch!

Well like I previously said I was slacking in my workouts and diet.  Finally got back on track tues and I am still sore today!  But I will be hitting my workout just as hard today.  My core was getting weak.  I could tell a difference the strength was disappearing……and I felt like crap. Even though I am sore I feel good because I know I am building my strength back!  We’ll see how I feel tomorrow….

THe last few weeks I have been horrible in taking care of my body.  So after looking at my progress pics and seeing the loss of muscle I decided I better get with the program.  I have also been feeling sluggish so decided I want to feel like I did when I was hitting my workouts everyday!  Today I hit it hard and feel great!  I will be sore tomorrow but it will be worth it.  My pants started to fit tighter and I am not having that…….No more muffin top for me!

The last few weeks I have been traveling and finding it hard to keep with my diet.  So this week I am home and decided to get back on track. It is easy to fall off track when I am with people that eat whatever they want.  Luckily I have gotten some cardio in but I am ready to start hitting the weights.  Wish me luck!

I have been feeling that my progress is slower than I’d like it to be.  So today I had to buy some new jeans cause my favorite pair got a hole : (  When I tried on the size that I usually buy they were big.  I had to get a inch smaller!!  Look like I am making progress!  Maybe just need to step up the training a little more!

It is easy to get off track last week was hectic with my class and daughter so my schedule got off course.  So the one thing I missed was the gym. Only made it to the gym once last week.  Fortunately this is a new week and a new start so I can get back on track!!  I am trying to get in the bikini before summer’s end!!!  This is a great place to keep insiped with all the people that have reached their goals and that are progressing toward them!!  Love this website!
