Ouch!
Thursday, September 4th, 2008Well like I previously said I was slacking in my workouts and diet. Finally got back on track tues and I am still sore today! But I will be hitting my workout just as hard today. My core was getting weak. I could tell a difference the strength was disappearing……and I felt like crap. Even though I am sore I feel good because I know I am building my strength back! We’ll see how I feel tomorrow….
