Legs!?!
Ok so I am an amature at all this and have never really been into working out my legs; I’ve always been more concerned with keeping a thin midsection but I’d like to start building my legs…..As you can see from my pics I have little legs..not a bad thing but I’d like to gain some muscle. Exercise suggestions?

squats and lunges are two great ones to start with. keep it light and get your form down. Good luck.

Squats. The single best overall exercise there is (but exhausting!).
Plus, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls & calf raises.

stiff-legged deadlifts
Lift heavy once you get your form down. Don’t worry about bulking up. It won’t happen.

squats and lunges are the best
start bodyweight and then add dumbbells later, get the form down first.

the stiff-legged deadlifts are surprisingly good for your hamstrings and butt.
