I would say be consistent with everything - do you eat a big breakfast, prepare clean foods in advance??? all that sort of stuff?

I take casien every nite, the body does a lot of repairs and cranks that metabolism out. What about alcohol - that's supposed to slow down your meatbolism for 2 days after!!!!

I always search these topics on bodyspace, there usually is a ton of info, I have some of them on my bs.

Let us know!!

I'm sort of going through the same process right now. I've only lost .6% BF over the last three weeks! Just stick with it. This has happened to me before then all of a sudden in 1 week I lost 1%! The body is unpredictable in the short term but if you're eating right, exercising, then in the long term you already know the result.

Good job on sticking through the week but you really do not know what changes your body is making. If you are doing the deal right - then "no change" can simply mean "getting ready for change" Besides - BF measurements in small increments can be tricky. I dropped 10% BF (over months) without dropping weight. Then - my next 10% - lost 20 pounds. I saw physical changes - very visible to me - without any major shift in numbers. So - if you stick to a plan for 6-8 weeks with no progress - then you may want to introduce change. New resistance routine, differentcardio etc. Just some ideas.

Sometimes number on the scale wont tell you how you feel or look at you body.

my advice is keep doing what you do and trust yourself as well as you training for a change.

for some change dont happen very quick.

Consistency is the key. Maybe post a little about your diet as that can be a key factor. Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses to a gallon of water per day. Typically I control my body fat percentage by adjusting my carb intake.
