					<description>i had a problem switching jobs too. i worked out in the morning for a while before work. that way i always made sure i got my workout in. but i must not have streched enough sometimes because i was getting hurt. now i workout after work and maybe do crunches in the morning before work. but i stretch alot now.you can do it!</description>
