Fiber one bars- kind of have a lot of carbs but they're tasty and they'll fill you up (plus its better than candy)

100 Cal Crasin packs are very good

Take protein and a shaker and make a protein shake

JUST SAY NO! Lol easier said then done, I know!

For lunch, chicken breast and microwavable sweet potatos are my FAV! Aim for something with whole grains around lunch time, it will keep you full longer.

If you feel like you are starving, drink some water, you're probably just thirsty :)
Just a few tips, best of luck!
