Hmm..
Ok so finally got the courage to hit legs the other day and boy did I feel it yesterday. Still a little sore today but I am going to do legs again tonight. I felt great though! At least I know I am working those muscles. My hardest thing right now is to keep my diet clean. It is so easy just to get off track and grab whatever is around to eat. I hate to cook so eating clean can be hard. Once I start stepping up the diet, hopefully get rid of the fat pouch on my lower stomach!

I know where your coming from! I worked out my legs and was sore for days! couldn’t walk up the stairs lol
As for eating healthy and not liking to cook: cook in bulk! Cook alot of chicken (different marinades and bbq) and store them in the fridge and have them for the week! I make a lot of food at once, so when I am making my lunch, I won’t get side tracked into something bad since I have good food ready
