Legs
Ok so I know that I need to start hitting my legs hard since I have little chicken legs but can’t seem to get motivated to do it. Arms and core I can deal with being sore but my legs……ouch. I really want to build my calves and tone my thighs……I guess no pain no gain, right?? Ok so I’ll hit legs today and hope I can walk tomorrow!!

IMHO, squats are the best leg workouts! They are painful and can make you sick! But I can’t live without them! It’s like a love-hate relationship!! Good luck!
