Last week I was disappointed I felt like I worked hard and didn’t see any results. So this week I pulled out the tape measure and was happy to see that my body is making changes. Since I started I have lost 2 inches in my waist and 1 1/2 in my hips!! Those are the areas where I wanted to see changes. The scale said there was no changes but the measure tape said different. Glad that I was offered some advice and I didn’t get discourage. I have 2.7% more bodyfat to lose to meet my goal……..I believe I’ll make it!

I have worked hard this last week and maybe have high expectations since I’ve been eating clean and hitting the workouts hard but I have no changes this week. Weight and bf are the same! Any advice to get past the stuck stage?

Ok so I ordered my fat burners and got them today. Started them and guess I’ll find out how they work! I’ve made good progress since I started so hope these help. Look at my pics from June 2 to June 18th!

I’ve been hitting my workouts hard. Went to do cardio yesterday and my legs were burning! Felt great since legs are my hardest area to build. However, it started raining on me so I didn’t get in the distance that I intended. Today my butt and calves are sore. Guess that’s a good sign. Going to see my dad for Father’s day so I’ll have to watch the foods since my family loves to eat! Think I’ll get in cardio later and keep it a simple day.

I added progress pics today and glad that I did. I hve made some progress and really haven’t felt it but the pics show it! In 18 days now the change looks good. I am happy!

I took pics today and wow what a reality check!! I wasn’t able to post them but it is amazing what partying and eating what every I wanted for about 8 months did to my body! I will post some new pics and I am sadly disappointed that no one had said anything to me before about putting on weight. It was my sister that finally made a comment to me about my body that made me want to get back to where I was last year! I have a long road a head but I’m ready!

Ok so I was talking with my brother and he told me to try Arson as a fat burner he wasn’t sure about women using. Do any of you women use it? If so what are the worst side effects? The people at the store really didn’t know much about it. I also looked at Lipo 6 but wanted to do some research and get some feedback before I start a fat burner. Are they good? and what are the side effects that you experience with them?? I do a mixture of cardio and weights. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

Hello All! it been sometime since I’ve been on but I am back and ready to hit my workouts harder than ever. As you can see from my post I was at my heaviest a few weeks ago and decided that’s not going to work for me. I took my bf it was 28% so it was a huge wakre up call for me! Anyway I am back and hope all is well. BTW I’m down 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks. It can only get better from here!

I started a new job last week and I can not find the energy to do my workout or even work on my class work once I get home from work. I am so tired……The last workout that I got in was early this week. I have other activities to keep me in shape
LOL but I just don’t seem to have any energy once I get home from work…How do you women manage a home, full-time job, and children……I have done it for a few years noe but it seems that my work is draining me. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy my work and I know it is providing professional growth for me I just can’t find a balance…..It may be that this is still fairly new so my body is still trying to adjust ( I hope) or I need to slow down a little bit.

I just started a new job and everyone that I working around seems to like unhealthy foods. I need to get a lunch menu that is healthy and energizing…..ANY SUGGESTIONS??? My first day I had one of those nasty burritos out of the vending machine not much choices and I was starving. Today however, I took a lunch that was suitable. The bad thing is I go into the break room and they have different food vendors all week that have hot meals that smell great but I know I’ll start packing on pounds in no time……another thing is there is a lot of candy around there…….any good snack ideas?? I have apples and almonds right now need something to hold me over in between meals and hopefully I won’t be tempted by all the sweets! THANKS!! : )
