Over the previous 7 weeks, I've only had 3 proper "cheat meals" as in, chocolate cake. I've deviated slightly a little more often IE wholewheat bread, which isn't major.
Today, I had cheat meal number 4, on the last few days of week 7. Cake again! Sisters birthday, I just can't seem to refuse!
My weight has still been steadily going down, and I am still eating my normal meals on top.. so the protein etc is ****ght it's just an extra bit of sugar/fat.. guilty.
If the calorie load falls in with your goal for the day, then it's not that bad.
You don't need the fat and sugar though. It cuts into how much protein you can eat and stay within budget.
