Kept up with the routine.. pretty intense week. Diet was mostly fine.. the +1 in this post means the first day of valentines day, where I had wholewheat pasta with normal pasta sauce and cheese... valentines day meal! At least it was only cheese that was really bad for the diet..
Missed one cardio sesh this week, keep forgetting to do twists still..
Mostly happy with the progress, looking good in the mirror!
