Week 3
Kept up with my workouts and cardio this week. I do feel a little guilty that I ate some bread this week though! One time it was a wheat bread chicken sandwich, the other was a white bread chicken sandwich.. Could be a worse cheat, though! So only a little guilty. Kept on top of it otherwise. Man is it getting tough to eat tuna 3 times day. Trying some nice steak this week.
