My Supplement stack atm
L-Carnitine, 1x 500mg cap.
Green Tea, 1x 300mg cap.
Omega-3, 1x 1000mg cap.
Multivitamin, 2x cap.
Protein shake - contains: 10g creatine, 1 scoop of whey protein (22g protein, 3 sugars, 1 fat), 2 scoops of GN complex carbs (48g carbs, no sugars, no fat/protein)
Scivation x-tend. 2 scoops/day.
Probiotic acidophilus digestive enxymes, 1x cap
Maximuscle pump up +NO2, 1 cap (My choice of replacement for Yohimbe which is unavailable for me)
Glutamine, 2x 500mg cap.
On a tight budget, so some things are in less than optimal quantities.
(Budget so tight I could afford a 3 month supply at these quantities only, and likely won't be able to repurchase in 3 months, except for whey/multivitamins)
