Middle of week 3 now, have fallen a single day behind on the routine, due to my sleeping disorder. Also missed a few cardio sessions this week, I think I did 8 or 9, instead of 14. Partially due to illness, which also meant for one day there I ate only 50% the amount of meals as normal.. (They came out rather unpleasantly shortly after I ate them..)
Just a little slip, back on to it now! No excuses, I'll make up for this messy couple of days!
