i have got about 2 months to get my self ready fro the rugby and hockey session i want to gain loads of size and strength for rugby and i also want to improve my cardio and my speed for both sports. i have not done any cardio of speed work for months now so i will have to get back into doing it will be hard but i have to do it

this for me is were the hard work starts i have just started my summer holidays and for must people my age that means relaxing and becoming unhealthy but not for me i can spend 100% of my time on bodybuilding i can train as much as i want and i can get my diet right because i have access to food and supps all day because i am not at school so i have complete free time
