			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tired of being a lazy ass. College has put 13 lbs of fat on me, and I hate it.</p>
<p>I started a H.I.I.T. routine a week ago, and I&#8217;m doing ok so far. No loss in weight. Have to make my diet stricter. I&#8217;m considering alternating between aerobic days and anaerobic days, to hopefully kick this fat. I want to drop down at least 6 pounds before I start weight training more heavily.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Went for a 2.5 mile run with a friend (~19 minutes), then went home and worked out with weights and did the ab routine, and had somewhere near 72 grams of whey afterwards.
There&#8217;s a pool party next week, so I&#8217;m trying to trim down a little more fat.
