A new path
Saturday, November 21st, 2009Tired of being a lazy ass. College has put 13 lbs of fat on me, and I hate it.
I started a H.I.I.T. routine a week ago, and I’m doing ok so far. No loss in weight. Have to make my diet stricter. I’m considering alternating between aerobic days and anaerobic days, to hopefully kick this fat. I want to drop down at least 6 pounds before I start weight training more heavily.
