A new path

Tired of being a lazy ass. College has put 13 lbs of fat on me, and I hate it.

I started a H.I.I.T. routine a week ago, and I’m doing ok so far. No loss in weight. Have to make my diet stricter. I’m considering alternating between aerobic days and anaerobic days, to hopefully kick this fat. I want to drop down at least 6 pounds before I start weight training more heavily.

Comments and suggestions welcome.

Went for a 2.5 mile run with a friend (~19 minutes), then went home and worked out with weights and did the ab routine, and had somewhere near 72 grams of whey afterwards.
There’s a pool party next week, so I’m trying to trim down a little more fat.
