I have two programs set, one is an all over upper body circuit and the other is 2-day split leg training program. I expect this to just get me back into the groove but at the same time kill the body part that is giving me the most issues. I want to start it this week and see how it goes. Hopefully I can get the jump start I need to start gaining muscle and losing fat. 4 weeks of this and then I’ll break up the upper body parts to two a day and after 4 weeks of that I will work on them individually. The plan MOVES to ACTION!

My goal this month is to run the Thanksgiving Day Manchester Road Race (4.748 mi) in 47 minutes. I am hoping to comfortably maintain a 10 min mile. I havent really prepared for this by running the route or even running on the streets. Everything has been done on the treadmill and elliptical. I may be in for a shock to see how my legs adapt to the pavement and hills at that! I hope to do more of these pending the weather and the opportunity since we are creeping up in to winter here in the Northeast.
I have maintained 115lbs but I don’t dare find out my fat % or my other measurements as I have not done any weight training since ending my last show, 10/27/07. YIKES! I have just kept up the cardio and sit-ups but that isn’t going to get me to my long term goal. Hoping for a better December…
