Speed bump vs Brick Wall

Okay so I had my 4 week check in today with the trainer. I told him before we started that I knew I didn’t drop hardly any BF or gain any muscle this month. He asked how my diet was and I was honest in telling him I followed his plan to the letter. So I got on the scale and it said I lost 1.2 lbs. The pinches told the real story. Only reduction was in my chest and thigh. So I dropped an amazing .5%! WTF! How is that even possible? I hate to sound like a biatch but I worked my ARS off this month.. So we went back through the diet and changed it again and he is using this next month to see how my body responds to a regular carb intake instead of restricted. Nothing fancy just 6 meals a day.

So once I left the gym I sat in my car with my new diet and my month supply of Beverly Int. UMP protein and thought to myself "this is nuts!" Why am I busting my nuts in the gym if I am just spinning my wheels? What if this is my brick wall and I can’t get any lower than this? Then my little voice inside my head went off on me! It reminded me that someone once said that I can’t get down to 10% or lower.. That unless I stop lifting and stop eating it will never happen(he is an idot btw)!

At that point I put my car in drive and headed back to work with my never say die attitude and I won’t stop nor can I be stopped!! Can’t died in the poor house old and fat son so get off your lazy ars and DO WORK!!!!
