			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>truth be told my schedule is random at best but i usually squeeze in at least 3 workouts per week .i do  3 exercises ,3 sets of 15 for my shoulder as part of my physio daily.i haven&#8217;t been riding my bike much because of the rain and all that has changed about my diet is i don&#8217;t my 2 slices of toast with my oat meal .i have been  eating badly but the loss is steady over a month and a half i cant figure it .no energy loss,i ate junk food , K.F.C. a total garbage can.my goal is to turn my 186 to muscle not loose weight i am not a super model!!!!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i went back to the gym on thrus to start to get back into the swing of things.i had taken a little better than a month off to focus on my physo for my shoulder ,lifting was part of the problem .well i start off as usual ,squats &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;dont legs start to cramp ,i figure not enough water ok,i move onto a back for the rest of my workout.no bigie right&#8230;.wrong the next day i was off to strip a roof to reshingle it that was fri its now sat. night my legs are killing me .so i say dont roof after leg day ! i did myself in after only 2 sets of squats ,i couldnt imagine a full workout ,i think i would just die or pray for death &#8230;&#8230;ouch!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>so belated happy father,s day &#8230;&#8230;.well i spent my father,s day on a 50 kilometer trek through brutal torturous mud ,hills you couldn&#8217;t ride down because they were too muddy and hills you couldn&#8217;t, climb up let alone ride up .the trails were ok and hell  and i would have to say about 15 to 20 kilo,s of trail were just mud ,fish tailing had to walk the bike for some of it .my bike was so muddied up my tires wouldn&#8217;t turn .after all was said and done i finished the course on a bike far to big and heavy (mine is made for downhill) with my 13yr old son.now my son has not rode a great deal let alone train or build up for this event and he finished as wear seasoned riders and thousands of dollar bikes didn&#8217;t my son a 150$ wallmart special did.have to admit he wasn&#8217;t very happy and totally spent &#8230;.for a bit i thought he hated me &#8230;but he said he would do it again next year !

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>entered another bike race &quot;couldnt say no&quot; it goes from lake erie to lake ontairo looking forward to that .got a little ahead of myself ,my mountain bike was stolen while i was at the gym . they caught the guy 2 days latter but! he had already smoked my bike .while searching the pawn shops and bikes shops i didnt find my bike but found a killer deal on a trade in so i am up and rolling again ! yes !  i went to the doctor about my left shoulder &#8230;ultra sound and xray say that i have some sort of cartlidge damage (probably a tare )a small tear on my tendon (to small for surgery)yeah! and my bursa(fluid sack between the bone and tendon) is irratated .ok fine now what &#8230;.go to phsyo ..they tell me that due to my occupation (painter) and working out that my muscules are pulling my shoulder out of its socket causing my problems and with some phsyo all can be made right back to normal !!!!!!!!i was also told that ,that type of injury is not uncommon in body builders because  they lift heavy for chest and dont develope their shoulders and back muscles to even out the pull ! so i am still in the gym and on the trails

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>well i had my big race ! 1202 finishers what a zoo .it was a great day for the race but the head wind was killer ,if you stopped pedaling you would swear that it would push you back up hill .the scenery was awesome ,rural ontario, through people,s farms along the grand river and some really cool killer mud hills .people were amazing you would hear fellow riders thanking the cops and volunteers as they rode past ,people would talk to you as they rode past &#8230;..ack ..its fun and friendly ,there was even a tandem bike team and the one guy was blind ! and no he wasnt driving .as for placing and times the best 1hr;50mins by some guy from boston ,my time 4hrs;09mins i placed 1101 out 1202 and i will be doing it again next year.this type of thing is the whole point of staying in shape for me ;yes i want to look great and i do but i want to enjoy life as much of life as possible .as a matter of fact they had guys my age finnish that race in 2 hrs .i must admitt the best parts of the race were the filthy ones .i rode as much of the mud hills as possible ,right up until i had to yank my bike out of the muck it was that stuck .fun fun fun

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>hey are you in pain ? not sore from working out &#8230;.i mean pain as to say your&quot;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&quot; is about to fall off !well thats how my shoulder felt left one ,i had already suffered from a minor rotor cuff injury which i guess hadnt healed ,then i decided to do a wide grip pullup bad ,very bad .i tried to work through it it but it just got worse to the point of a mild fire ,as if i had pulled muscle or something off the bone .like i said pain not sore ! i went out bought some of this stuff &#8216;tiger balam extra strenght(deep cold wasnt cuttin it ) and its doing the job .did a back work out today lotsa rows and lat pull downs ,no burning sensation or weakness .so weak it took a lot of effort to raise my arm acompainied with pain .it sucks when you fight(yourself) to get into the gym ,get motivated ,over come what ever hurdles ,then just when your getting right into it injury!!!!!!try it you might like it

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>so i have a chance to workout with my buddy Tony ,a more experienced lifter always good for pointers .it being friday that only means one thing &quot;leg day&quot;.today is a little different ,not because we,ll doing  some back as well, but because its superset leg and back day!!!! ok the workout goes like this: barbell squats 3 sets /chinups till failure next its leg press /lat pull downs with a concontration bar ,then walking lunges  @30lbs 24 steps followed by sweating heavy breathing and exhaustion .this guy didnt break between any set it was like one big superset.onto leg curls /standing dumbell calf raises  finished off with some nasty ab work and its a wrap .i like this guy he always pushes me ,he could barely walk up the stairs afterwards .todays lesson not so much time between sets better diet and push yourself !!!!!!!!!!!
