I am melting !!! but why ?
truth be told my schedule is random at best but i usually squeeze in at least 3 workouts per week .i do 3 exercises ,3 sets of 15 for my shoulder as part of my physio daily.i haven’t been riding my bike much because of the rain and all that has changed about my diet is i don’t my 2 slices of toast with my oat meal .i have been eating badly but the loss is steady over a month and a half i cant figure it .no energy loss,i ate junk food , K.F.C. a total garbage can.my goal is to turn my 186 to muscle not loose weight i am not a super model!!!!!
