Dont try this anywhere!
Saturday, July 4th, 2009i went back to the gym on thrus to start to get back into the swing of things.i had taken a little better than a month off to focus on my physo for my shoulder ,lifting was part of the problem .well i start off as usual ,squats …………dont legs start to cramp ,i figure not enough water ok,i move onto a back for the rest of my workout.no bigie right….wrong the next day i was off to strip a roof to reshingle it that was fri its now sat. night my legs are killing me .so i say dont roof after leg day ! i did myself in after only 2 sets of squats ,i couldnt imagine a full workout ,i think i would just die or pray for death ……ouch!
