Tiger Balam ….
hey are you in pain ? not sore from working out ….i mean pain as to say your">>>>>" is about to fall off !well thats how my shoulder felt left one ,i had already suffered from a minor rotor cuff injury which i guess hadnt healed ,then i decided to do a wide grip pullup bad ,very bad .i tried to work through it it but it just got worse to the point of a mild fire ,as if i had pulled muscle or something off the bone .like i said pain not sore ! i went out bought some of this stuff ‘tiger balam extra strenght(deep cold wasnt cuttin it ) and its doing the job .did a back work out today lotsa rows and lat pull downs ,no burning sensation or weakness .so weak it took a lot of effort to raise my arm acompainied with pain .it sucks when you fight(yourself) to get into the gym ,get motivated ,over come what ever hurdles ,then just when your getting right into it injury!!!!!!try it you might like it
