time for change
well i have decided to rest up for the next 2 weeks ,just cardio .its seems my left shoulder is bothering me again ,possibly bicep tendon injury .common sense says cool off and start up in a while ,with a new work out program 12wks and i,ll be stacking sizeon with super pump .i have no fear of toning up its gaining mass and keeping it .oh in april there will be 60 kilometer endro mountain bike race i will entering ,better than sex !new pics coming soon ,i love progress pics and now i,ll have some of my own .
