workout with tony
Friday, January 23rd, 2009so i have a chance to workout with my buddy Tony ,a more experienced lifter always good for pointers .it being friday that only means one thing "leg day".today is a little different ,not because we,ll doing some back as well, but because its superset leg and back day!!!! ok the workout goes like this: barbell squats 3 sets /chinups till failure next its leg press /lat pull downs with a concontration bar ,then walking lunges @30lbs 24 steps followed by sweating heavy breathing and exhaustion .this guy didnt break between any set it was like one big superset.onto leg curls /standing dumbell calf raises finished off with some nasty ab work and its a wrap .i like this guy he always pushes me ,he could barely walk up the stairs afterwards .todays lesson not so much time between sets better diet and push yourself !!!!!!!!!!!
