workout with tony

so i have a chance to workout with my buddy Tony ,a more experienced lifter always good for pointers .it being friday that only means one thing "leg day".today is a little different ,not because we,ll doing  some back as well, but because its superset leg and back day!!!! ok the workout goes like this: barbell squats 3 sets /chinups till failure next its leg press /lat pull downs with a concontration bar ,then walking lunges  @30lbs 24 steps followed by sweating heavy breathing and exhaustion .this guy didnt break between any set it was like one big superset.onto leg curls /standing dumbell calf raises  finished off with some nasty ab work and its a wrap .i like this guy he always pushes me ,he could barely walk up the stairs afterwards .todays lesson not so much time between sets better diet and push yourself !!!!!!!!!!!

time for change

well i have decided to rest up for the next 2 weeks ,just cardio .its seems my left shoulder is bothering me again ,possibly bicep tendon injury .common sense says cool off and start up in a while ,with a new work out program 12wks and i,ll be stacking sizeon with super pump .i have no fear of toning up its gaining mass and keeping it .oh in april there will be 60 kilometer endro mountain bike race i will entering ,better than sex !new pics coming soon ,i love progress pics and now i,ll have some of my own .

fri nite to cold to go for a walk

well folks i am really glad i found this site ,lotsa info and people with  the same goals .2008 pretty much sucked , i left my wife ,went to jail for hitting her boyfriend , was wrongfully dismissed from my job because of a rotor cuff injury and spent 3500 on lawyers, but on the up side (yes there is one ) i believe god keeps me and  lead to the gym to work out my frustrations and achieve a goal i have had ever since i can remember(to have a muscular body ) i had the membership for a year before i used it (i was afraid to go alone …boredom took care of that !) with that  said after getting fired and taking 3 months off from the gym i have been at it since oct 1st and have been faithfull to my goal ,i go 5 days a week now.i am starting to see results and now am about to change my routine try and gain some muscle mass and keep it .

what ever life throws at you are going through it …but you get to decide how! excuses are nails in the house of failure

well i just took some photos of myself ,i believe that seeing your own progress is the best encouragement.now i just have to question my children and find out where they put the patch cord for my camera !hopefully in time i find out how to take better pics….the quality of them  is abysmal but its a humble start
