running on three hours of sleep isnt good..but this is what i did today! 3 sets of 15 flys 15#…3 sets of 15 extentions 15#…3 sets of 15 pull downs 25#…3 sets of 15 squats…3 sets of 15 weighted leg lifts 30#..10 min jog on treadmil 5.5mpg…had my protien shake afterwards and im feelin good. time to hit the shower and off to sleep so i can go to work from 7p-7a…till tomorrow
