i didnt start over, i just made some changes..im using the biggest loser cardio dvd..once maybe twice a day. if i dont do the dvd twice a day then i do it once and do atleast 30mins cardio on the treadmill…on top of the cardio i am weight training three days a week. i use Chicken Tunas weight training..which is kicking my butt! lol im eating every two hours, very small healthy eating. i made an order last night to get Animal Cuts to help me jump start this weight loss and give me more energy. thats pretty much everything in a nutshell…hopefully next week when i post on my blog i will be ablet to be proud of the progress i have made!!

running on three hours of sleep isnt good..but this is what i did today! 3 sets of 15 flys 15#…3 sets of 15 extentions 15#…3 sets of 15 pull downs 25#…3 sets of 15 squats…3 sets of 15 weighted leg lifts 30#..10 min jog on treadmil 5.5mpg…had my protien shake afterwards and im feelin good. time to hit the shower and off to sleep so i can go to work from 7p-7a…till tomorrow

i am using the Hers Muscle and Fitness program thighs and Lows..day one squats 3 sets of 15…step ups 3 sets of 20 per leg…and the glute pulse 3 sets of 100…the last one really work the butt! lol

i love reading Oxygen..i picked up the "off the couch" issue afew days ago…sitting down today i finally got to read the article i wanted.."drop 10 lbs or more in 21 days.." this one article arms you with multiple tools…i am excited to try it. giving you a list of vitamins, a complete food list and exercise plan. most strict fast diets usually consist of bland same day foods…this plan gives you afew different options. the only thing standing in my way of starting this 21 day plan..is food shopping..lol

alittle background..i work at a fast paced hospital and we are on our feet 14 hours + a day..alot of the women i work with are older and they seem to have lost all site of any kind of ‘body image’. some are very over weight and the rest just seem to not care. it seems like every day is a ‘carry in’ and that somehow gives them an excuse to eat like crap all day long. cookies candy chips pop.this surrounds me everyday at work..me on the other hand, i knew that there would be a struggle in that i would be tempted to enduldge in the crap that everyone else was eating..but i began to think and open my eyes..’do i really want to look like 95% of my coworkers…hell no!!’ last night i went out on a limb and i carried in a large glass dish filled with fresh cut veggies. i also brought some 90% fat free dip because i knew people wouldnt want to eat the healthy raw veggies with no fat added..
at the end of the day my poor little veggies were still 75% there..the dip on the other hand became something to use on fatty potato chips…and everyones candy cookies and pops were almost gone…(sigh) i indeed am not trying to change my coworkers in anyway but i will not add to their bad choices. i know the holidays will be even worse…
will power will power will power…. i need you! lol

here i am…again..trying to lose weight. its a never ending thing for me
from here on im not just changing to lose weight. i am changing my life so i can be healthy and happy. i never again want to look in the mirror and think, wow i look like ****. the old me is in the past. the new me is here and ready to get this going!!!
