Thats very impressive. You must share with me your secret on how you have been increasing the weight on your deadlifts so quickly. I have been stuck at around the same weight for over a year. My all time best was 550 pounds and I can not seem to pass that. Best of luck on your contest.

Wow! That's awesome. I life heavy (for a female) but I feel the tightiness in my lower back. I don't feel like I can lift any more weights. At the same time, I'm not trying to do bodybuilding ( I compete as a Figure competitor), I feel so strong that I'd like to see if I can lift heavy.
I lift alone and maybe, that's why I hestitate going any higher.

Good job.

I have used chains for a few years now.. I have been a proponent of them ever since I first tried them. I actually took the idea from an article on the training ways of prisoners. I got the largest link chain I could at like a Home Depot and measured from the floor to where the bar would be at the top of my press.. made a loop of smaller chain to slip over the bar and let the rest hang just off the floor.. I made it long so that when the bar is at the bottom of the movemet the chain is coiled on the floor.. as you lift, links come off the floor increasing the weight so the bar becomes much heavier at the top than it was at the bottom.. I then added 3 shorter lengths of chain only half way up so instead of one link at a time it's now 4 that are the increase, any number of combinations can be used there.. helps immensly with sticking points..
I was glad to see someone else used and liked training with chains.. Keep it up.. their awesome..

First I have to say thanks, I'm glad that you write man. Now on the topic, me too. I hate cardio, never have liked it, i'm on my first cut right now and I hate it. Best time of the year to cut, during the holiday's. It's been tough. All the gift food that I'm passing up. I've dropped 8 pounds so far since I started and I"m not sure how much longer I'm gonna go with this. I'll have to see. It's good to know I'm not alone.
