The next Central FL Animal Barbell Club event
Every couple months a group of fitness-oriented people get together at different gyms around Cenral Florida. The next meet will be in Lakeland. Here’s the link:

Good luck with your meet. If I lived in Florida I would work out with you guys. That would be sweet. But Im several hundred miles away in Ohio.
