I always tell my doctor the truth about what I'd doing. I don't care what they say. If I'm doing what I'm doing and it's working, it's working and no matter what amount of lecturing they give me is going to change. I guess what I'm getting at here is, it's wrong to lie. So don't.

Grats on being back in the game. I am of the mind of telling the doctor what you are doing, but letting her know that a conservative "no lifting" policy is not an option.

Don't tell her. The med community thinks we are all weird, and we should be doing what we do. Save yourself the trouble.

Congrats on getting back up to 400.
