I'm addicted totally and I'm an addict too. I'm recovering now, almost 4 years no dope. For sure man, lifting is way cool, I love it all. You know, if it feels good, give me 20.

Hey man - Every time I go on vacation - I find a gym and work out. It might not be every day, but I associate working out with my free time, doing what I like - so why not work out on vacation??

If it is an addiction - you are better with it than with out it :)

Keep it up!

Wow, I feel the exact same way on my off days. Or i'll be out doing something with the family - and have the gym or my next training session on my mind.

Pretty normal actually. The human body is ment to be an active entity. It is especially noticeable when you are a well trained individual and suddenly the stimiulus that created the muscle you are carring is taken away. The body craves the stimulus because without it, extra muscle is a metabolic black hole that will be catabolized for energy.
