How i’m feeling atm

Well just got back from the gym… i really think im getting tired of this whole lifestyle atm.. So many stressful things going on atm and life is really flying past me and i feel as though im getting left behind..

As for my training and health/fitness… Im in the best shape of my life… I look and perform great.. Far from where i started by no where close to where i wanna go. Maybe im just being impacient. Well i’ve been B/B for about 9 months now and i’ve changed heaps but i really thought it would’nt take this long.

 Anyways time to change that attitude ( i should be grateful and thankful for the life i have - there are less fortunate kids in the world dying of cancer and i think my life is stressful? )

 I have just really started controlling my diet.. 1700 cals 150g protien.. 3 weight sessions a week with 3+ cardio sessions a week. So everything is set… Just got to find that drive and motivation to excel even further.

 

I wanna give my self the best christmas present ever which no- one else could ever give me.

Body fat Cutting time

Summer tme is upon us here in oz…. going to hit the cardio hard… Never had my bf down so low that i could see my abs nicely.. but i guess i’ll do a before/progress pic for now and i’ll hope by Christmas time ill be looing awesome… One day, one week one moth at a time.

To the next level…

Well… im quite happy with myself… everyone notice’s that i’ve lost weight and i only have a small amount of body fat now.. I guess im back to where i was a couple of years ago. But now i wanna take it to the next level…

I want to be Bigger.Bettter.Faster and stronger… I will be..

This is where i put my head down and really commit 110%…

 I mean like… i am happy right now… But i dont have that awesome body like others on this site… i can cut more bf but i wanna bulk up right now… i Think ill just keep cutting for now.. I’ve posted up a progress pic and 2 pics of my back and chest… i guess they can be my before pics..

 I just will take it one day at a time… everyday i get better. everyday when i look in the mirror a see a new and better man.. but thats not me thats not who i want to be… I wanna be better than that guy in the mirror..

 My birthday is in less than 2 months time… so im on track to reaching my goals which is great!! but it is time to make my body into the incrediable machine that it can be and will be.

well i’ve posted my first progress pic and im quite happy with the progress so far…(though there is still far more to go)..

 

I feel i have found my routine and perfect training program and loving every second im in the gym… Alot of people are noticing my change and are positivly commenting on it.. Even had a chick today stare at me in the gym… watching my muscles flex in the mirrors on the wall.. Then i gave a hand on how to work the treadmill to her settings properly and she flirtiously(If thats a word?) thanked me… then we got to talking and yeah… im sure well see each other more LOL(so watch this space haha)… but yeah…. trying not to injury myself hey… because i’ve been seeing the result ive been trying to push harder and harder but injuried my tricep… So ill take it easy and let the good time roll!!!!!!!!!!

2nd Post…

My second post…. and also a update on how my transformation is going. I have notice more muscle gains and just a bit more definition.. I’ve had heaps of strength gains in the gym which is great. One day in the gym i just decieded to push my body as hard as i could in terms of cardio, which was great i did lik 7km in 30 mins but sadly i ended up breaking the treadmill…. I guess the second thase of my training has been a trail and error of what works and what doesnt. I believe i have to right workout plan and i can feel it’s right because it’s working:). Though my low point is that my body fat percentage is still to High… i need to lower it quickly as i want to post a progress pic… I took one yesterday and you can see iv’e put on 2-5 pounds… but the fat% is still to high… i’ll just keep researching and never give up on the machine that is my body..

My First Blog

My transformation has been going well except for a few factors. I gotten gains in my muscle strength which has been great an im on my way to getting my six pack. Definition and toning have been a great motivation for me to excel even more. But soon i shall be heading back to work and that gives me a limited amount of time to work out. Im going to post a progress picture of myself just before i head back to work. I have injured my calf muscle twice, only because im being too impateint with my body and not resting enough. I cant do any more cardio till i heal so ill focus all my attention on weight lifting, when my leg heals ill spend my last days before i return to work cutting up and toning my body for my Progress pic.
